K E Wayne Eastep, 32, son of Rick and Deborah Eastep, was born Nov. 1, 1971, at University Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla. He died July 18, 2004, in an accident on Highway C north of Licking.He grew up in Oklahoma City and started playing the guitar at age 16. He was a classical guitar player.He married Alisha Blankenship Nov. 5, 1994, at the home of his parents in Oklahoma City. They met while he was working at Rawlings Sporting Goods in 1993 at Licking. They had two daughters.He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Evalee Ford, Daniel Ford, Mary Jones, Allen Blankenship, Dewey Blankenship and Lucille Kelly.Surviving are his wife and daughters, Haley Dawn Eastep and Isabella Dawn Eastep; his parents; and sister, Leeann Sanchez.Services are 11 o’clock Saturday morning at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel in Licking. Visitation is 9 a.m. until time for services Saturday at the Fox chapel. Florence Crabtree Florence E. Crabtree, 78, daughter of George and Florence Ramsey Lott, was born Oct. 23, 1925, in St. Louis. She died July 22, 2004, at her home at Palmyra.She married Roy E. Crabtree Aug. 31, 1946, at Cabool.Mrs. Crabtree was a homemaker and attended school at Farber. She was a cook at the Palmyra Middle School for 15 years and formerly worked at the shoe factory in St. Clair. She was a member of the Parsons Ladies Club in Emden and a former member of the Emden Christian Church.She was preceded in death by a son, Bob Crabtree; and a daughter, Patty Crabtree.Surviving are her husband; one son, Stanley Joe Crabtree of Palmyra; daughters, Norma Jean Foster of Palmyra and Elsie Stone of Philadelphia; stepchildren, Marie Downs and Paul Eugene Crabtree of Tonganoxie, Kan.; and five grandchildren.Services were July 24 at the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel at Palmyra with the Rev. Glen Yoder and the Rev. Brian Stone officiating. Burial was in the Emden Memorial Gardens.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in her name. “
