Services under the direction of Evans Funeral Home are 2 o’clock today (Thursday) at the Northside Baptist Church for the Rev. Ervin Morton. The Rev. Wesley Wallace will officiate. Burial will be in the Pine Lawn Cemetery.The Rev. Morton, 85, died Monday at Lester E. Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.Visitation is 6 to 7 o’clock Wednesday evening at the Evans Chapel. “
