Bettye June Gross, 72, daughter of Hershel and Pauline Taber, was born Feb. 25, 1932, at Fort Lyon, Colo. She died Sept. 13, 2004, at St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View.She was baptized Sept. 10, 2004, at Mountain View.She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Reba.Surviving are her mother of Mountain View; two sons, Jake Gross of Hartshorn and David Gross of Batesville, Ark.; one daughter Pat Hamilton of Mountain View; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Services are 10 a.m. today (Thursday) at the Arroll Community Church at Arroll with the Rev. Oscar Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in the Arroll Cemetery under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home of Summersville. “
