Sharan L. Kell Isbell, 51, daughter of Oren and Betty Kell, was born Feb. 3, 1953, at Raymondville. She died Oct. 3, 2004, at her home in St. Charles.She was senior records clerk for SBC in St. Louis for three years.Surviving are her husband, Steven D. Isbell of St. Charles; father of Licking; mother of Raymondville; two daughters, Carla Jane Ruble and Ashley May Ruble of St. Charles; one brother, Oscar Kell of St. Louis; and one granddaughter.Private services were planned with cremation following under the direction of Baue Funeral and Memorial Center in St. Charles.Visitation is 3 to 8 this evening (Thursday) at the Baue Chapel in St. Charles.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. “
