Leah Scott Wells, 100, of Springfield, died Nov. 24, 2004. She was a former Salem area resident.Surviving are her children, James Wells of Springfield, Charles Wells of Eldon, Dale Wells of Poplar Bluff, David Wells of Salem and Dorothy Bock of Houston; 24 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.Services were Nov. 29 at the James and Gahr Mortuary in Salem with burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery near Salem.Memorials may be made to the Salem Christian Church. “
