Wilbur Lynn Rodgers, 80, son of Arthur and Ellen Dixon Rodgers, was born Sept. 18, 1924, at Licking. He died Nov. 7, 2004, at Rolla.Mr. Rodgers attended Licking School and served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Chevrolet in St. Louis and Flint, Mich. He was a member of United Automobile Workers and retired from Schwitzer/Wallace Murray in 1986.He married Joyce E. Garrison Dec. 22, 1954. They had three children. They lived in Flint, Mich., and in Fenton for 14 years before returning to Licking in 1968.He enjoyed farming and raising cattle.He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rhonda Ellen Rodgers in 1958; his parents; a brother, Robert; and a sister, Irene Smith.Surviving are his wife; two sons, Arthur L. Rodgers of Marrero, La., and James N. Rodgers of Licking; and a sister, Nell Ambuehl of Granite City, Ill.Services were Nov. 10 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel in Licking with the Rev. David Jett officiating. Burial was in the Williams Cemetery near Licking. Lucille SkaggsLucille O. Skaggs, 94, died Nov. 5 at Licking Park Manor.Services were Nov. 9 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel.
