Eathel Marie Anderson, 92, daughter James Henry Stark and Sarah Jane Dye Stark, was born March 24, 1912, at Greenville in Dade County. She died Dec. 23, 2004, at Hillcrest Care Center in DeSoto.She married Luther Allen Anderson Feb. 28, 1930. They were married 43 years before his death in 1973. They had nine children.Mrs. Anderson lived at Summersville for many years before moving to the DeSoto area. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a homemaker.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; three children, Doris F. Anderson, Bob G. Anderson and Goldie Marie Wallace; three brothers and six sisters.Surviving are her children, Genevieve Ellis of Overland, Eudell Anderson of Dora, Ala., Virgil Anderson of Cullman, Ala., Rose L. Ballard of Steelville, Beverly Kizer of Hillsboro and James Anderson of Jonesboro, Ark.; one sister, Ruth Tuttle of Summersville; 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.Services were Dec. 29 at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with Tom Dennis officiating. Burial was in the Summersville City Cemetery. “
