Keith R. Haugse, 42, son of James and Phyllis Barton Haugse, died April 12, 2005.A resident of Riverside, Calif., for the last 28 years, he was a Raymondville native.He was baptized at an early age in the Lutheran church.Surviving are his wife, Joan; parents of Riverside, Calif.; two brothers, Kevin Barton of Riverside, Calif., and Jimmy Haugse of Arizona; three stepsons, Ramiro Garza II, Daniel J. Nichols and Brian H. Nichols of Riverside; one stepdaughter, Candice Garza of Riverside; and four grandchildren.Arrangements were under the direction of Rudidoux Mortuary in California.Memorials may be made to the Raymondville Fire Department. “
