James P. Chambers, 47, of Licking, son of Harry Chambers and Lorene Mansfield Dixon, died July 3, 2005 at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.Memorial services will be held at a later date under the direction of Fox Funeral Home of Licking.James Chambers 47, son of Harry Chambers and Lorene Mansfield Dixon, was born June 29, 1958, at Waynesville. He died July 3, 2005.He was a Sunday school teacher and member of Our Father’s House at Licking.Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Lorene and Ray Dixon of Licking; his father of Columbia; two sisters, Udena Bates of Licking and Beth Neth of Batesville, Miss.; two brothers, Lonnie Chambers of Winona and Clinton Chambers of West Plains; and a friend who was like a brother, Charlie Crews of Licking.Memorial services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Haaland officiating. Burial will be in the Hutchason Cemetery.Memorials may be made to Our Father’s House. “
