Robert “”Bob”” Allen Williams, 82, son of Issac J. and Ella Bischof Williams, was born Oct. 2, 1923, in Macon County. He died Oct. 4, 2005, at the Kabul Nursing Home at Cabool.He grew up in north Missouri, where he farmed and owned and operated a bulldozer business.He married Norma Sunderland June 1, 1944. They had one daughter.In 1967, the family moved to Kansas City, where he was a member of Operators Engineers Local 101 and worked for 15 years before moving to Houston. He operated heavy equipment for Mike Manier and was working for Smith Farms until his death.He joined the High Point Baptist Church in Kansas City and moved his membership to the Clara Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson.Surviving are his wife of 61 years; one daughter, Shirley Van Note of Edgar Springs; a niece, Ruth Sunderland Allen, who lived in their home for several years; two sisters, Barbara Johnson and Martha Baker of Atlanta, Mo.; three brothers, Charles Williams of Clinton, Jackie Williams of Beiver and Theodore Williams of Atlanta, Mo.; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.Services were Oct. 7 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wesley Wallace and the Rev. Jackie Cooper officiating. Burial was in the Wolford Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. “
