Ethan Alexander Cook, son of Travis and Dana Lea Wolfe Cook, was born and died Sept. 30, 2005, at Lester Cox Medical Center South in Springfield.He was preceded in death by two infant brothers, Austin Ryan and Dallas Cook; and two sisters, Ashlynne and Logan Ryan.In addition to his parents, surviving are his maternal grandparents, Dennis and Rebecca Wolfe of Plato; and his paternal grandparents, Kenny and Bonnie Cook of Mansfield.Graveside services were Oct. 2 at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery with the Rev. Wesley Wallace officiating under the direction of Evans Funeral Home. “
