EVA HOLLAND

Eva A. Holland, 85, daughter of James and Elva Hebblethwaite, was born Sept. 28, 1920, at Licking. She died Oct. 17, 2005, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.She married Lawrence Holland Oct. 17, 1938. They had five children.Mrs. Holland loved to garden, make quilts and visit her children.She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters, Yvonne Howerton and Sonja Sue Robertson; two brothers, Coy and Roy Hebblethwaite; and four sisters, Madra Mae Wallis, Avon Branson, Faye Smith and Nellie Wallis.Surviving are her son, Bill Holland of Licking; daughters, Cathy Lankford of Marthasville and Jeannie Holland of Springfield; a sister, Jeri Brown of Clearwater, Fla.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.Services were Oct. 20 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Gifford officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery. “
