Radford James “”Bud”” Richards, 69, son of William F. Richards and Helen Renee Henson, was born Jan. 13, 1936, at Potosi. He died Nov. 14, 2005, at Seymour en route to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.He married Evelyn Maxine Sykes Oct. 1, 1961. They were married 44 years and had one daughter.Mr. Richards served in the Army for three years during the Korean War. He worked for Johnston Foil Co. in St. Louis.He received the Lord as Savior in 1979 and attended the Summersville Assembly of God.He loved the outdoors, picnicking and bicycling.He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Bonnie Richards Reiffer.Surviving are his wife of Summersville; one daughter, Lisa Marie Richards of Summersville; one brother, Herbert Richards of Ellington; a half brother, Bobbie Bonnarens of Hillsboro; two sisters, Norma Maag of Cahokia, Ill., and Wanda Lambrich of House Springs.Services were Nov. 17 at the Bradford Funeral Home at Summersville with the Rev. Ben Lankford officiating. Burial was in the Antioch Cemetery. “
