Christian Delmar “”Del”” Koch, 78, son of Christian Julius and Etta Mae Wall Koch, was born Jan. 7, 1927, at Huggins. He died Nov. 18, 2005, at Wyoming Medical Center at Casper, Wyo., after a brief illness.He attended school at Houston and served in the U.S. Army from 1944 to 1946.He moved to Wyoming in 1947 and in 1948 was employed by Evans-Nagel Motors and Platte Pipe Line. He became parts manager of Nagle Motors in 1957 and retired in 1992.He was a member of the First Christian Church, where he served as deaconate and property commission. He was an avid sports fan, following local high school teams, the Casper College Thunderbirds and the University of Wyoming Cowboys. He had coached in the Casper youth baseball program for many years.He enjoyed the outdoors of Wyoming, hunting, fishing and camping. He enjoyed living in the country with his horses and wildlife.He was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul, Kenneth and Robert Koch; and a sister, Ruby Sharp.Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Lois Bock; three children, Deb Rodriguez of Billings, Mont., Roger Koch of Casper Mountain, Wyo., and Becky Hodges of Casper, Wyo.; one brother, Russell Koch of Bucyrus; and six grandchildren.Services were Nov. 22 at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with the Rev. Bryant D. Badger officiating. “
