Lt.Col. Darold Dean Aldridge, 77, son of Frank and Claudia Willhite Aldridge, was born Feb. 22, 1928, at Houston. He died Nov. 16, 2005, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center at Salisbury, Md.Mr. Aldridge, a Chincoteague, Va., resident, retired from the U.S. Government. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from George Washington University as a course coordinator with the continuing engineering education program. He was a graduate of the University of Missouri and member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Billie Jean Aldridge; his parents and a brother, Harold Aldridge.Surviving are his wife, Connie Aldridge; a sister, Mary Lou Bishop; five children, Dean Aldridge, Darren Wilson, Guy Wilson, Dara Aldridge and Monique Brock; and 10 grandchildren.Memorial services were Nov. 20 at Christ United Methodist Church in Chinocoteague, Va., under the direction of Holloway Funeral Home of Salisbury, Md. “
