Dorothy F. Hall, 78, daughter of Edward L. and Alice E. Jones Crane, was born Sept. 24, 1928, at Liberty. She died March 12, 2007, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

She married Alvin A. Hall April 12, 1948, in Mound City, Kan.

Mrs. Hall moved to Eudora, Kan., from Uniontown, Kan., in 1965 and to Cabool in 2003.

She was a day-care provider in Eudora for several years and worked at Hallmark Inn in Lawrence.

She attended the Assembly of God in Eudora for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband in July 1976.

Surviving are two daughters, Anna M. Bresler of Cabool and Carol Bryant of Big Timber, Mont.; three sons, Alvin Hall of Rockaway Beach, Don Hall of Holton, Kan., and Jerry McGuire of Mound City, Kan.; one sister, Nancy Rhoades-Webb of Springfield; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were March 16 at Eudora Cemetery at Eudora, Kan., under the direction of Warren-McElwain Mortuary-Eudora Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer’s Disease Foundation.
