Glenna Young Shoults Bruning, 79, daughter of Robert and Cora Russell Young, was born Jan. 17, 1928, at Angeline. She died March 8, 2007, at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis.
She married Everett Shoults Dec. 1, 1945. They had three children. Mr. Shoults died Feb. 3, 1971.
She married Henry “Bud” Bruning Feb. 24, 1983. He died in 2006.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Sharlet; three brothers, Amuel, Winifred and Bobby Young; and one grandson.
Surviving are one son, William Dale Shoults of St. Louis; daughter, Marlene Honeycutt of Lake of the Ozarks; one sister, Martha Miller of Houston; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services were March 10 at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel in Summersville with the Rev. Daryl Young officiating. Burial was in the Summersville City Cemetery under the direction of Baumann’s Colonial Chapel in Overland.
