Grady O’Neal Jones Sr., 52, son of Monroe Austin Jones and Claudine Brown Jones, was born Sept. 15, 1954, at Jena, La. He died March 21, 2007, at his home at Summersville.
Mr. Jones moved to Summersville from Jena, La., in 1997. He worked at Vaughn Redi-Mix. In Jena, he was a driver for Louisiana Industries for about 15 years.
He was a member of the Alfa Tango Radio Group.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Young of Summersville; three sons, Grady Jones Jr., Joseph Jones and John Jones of Jena, La., two brothers, Don Jones and Ricky Jones of Jena, La.; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation was Saturday at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel in Summersville with memorial services at Hixon Brothers Funeral Home. Burial was in Haris Cemetery at Jena, La.
