Services for Eugenia M. “Genie” Carter, 80, are 11 a.m. Monday, April 16, at Evans Funeral Home.
Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday, April 15, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimers Association.
