John and Teresa Fields of Plato announce the engagement of their daughter, Niki, to Bobby Hipp III, son of Lynette Weaks of Plato and Shaun Smith of Springfield.
Fields is a 2007 graduate of Plato High school and is pursuing a career in nursing.
Hipp is a 2004 graduate of Plato High School and is employed by Current River Pole Mill at Licking.
A June 23 outdoor wedding is planned at Roby.
