Phyllis Ann Lay Decker, 70, daughter of Oscar and Dora Frame Lay, was born May 16, 1937. She died July 4, 2007.

She married Roy Stevenson Dec. 20, 1955. They had three daughters.

She later married Loyd Decker Sr. They had one son.

Mrs. Decker attended the Free Will Baptist Church at Tyrone. She was saved and baptized at the age of 12. She worked at Rawlings Sporting Goods for many years.

She loved to sew, crochet, be outdoors, plant flowers and spend time on her front porch with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Priscilla Jones; one brother, Franklin Lay; one daughter, Loyce Darlene Stevenson; a granddaughter and great-granddaughter.

Surviving are her daughters, Joyce Rhodenizer and Judy Sisk; one son, Loyd Decker Jr.; sisters, Louise Aldridge, Kay Neal and Barbara Stevenson; two brothers, Paul and Doyle Lay; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services were July 7 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel in Licking with Amy Dickens officiating. Burial was in the Licking City Cemetery.
