Glenda Ann Heinsma, 59, was born June 27, 1948, in Los Angeles, Calif. She died July 27, 2007, at her home in Houston.

She had lived in Houston for the last 10 years. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren’s ballgames, dances and school events. She played bonco with friends, attended family events and traveled in earlier years.

She was preceded in death by Carolyn Fry.

Surviving are her son, Wes Heinsma Jr.; daughters, Gina Kneeland, Diane Riker, Heather Huff and Cathy Goormastic; father and stepmother, Quitman and Veda McKee; stepfather, Gene Shepard; sisters, Sue Fredrickson and Charlotte Delucco; and eight grandchildren.

Services are noon Aug 10 at Hillside Community Church at Enumclaw, Wash.
