Follow these directions to exercise your funny bone:
1. Stand up and lift one knee toward your chin. Try to get the knee to touch your chin. Now repeat with the other knee. Can you do 10 knee-to-chin moves in a row?
2. Now move your arms. Stick one thumb under an armpit and stretch your elbow up and down. Do this three times on each side.
3. Grab the skin under your chin and waggle it from side to side. Then make some silly noises.
4. Now, put it all together — walk around lifting one knee at a time, stretching your arms up and down and making animal noises.
