The Missouri Department of Transportation has several road projects planned during the next week in Texas County. They include:
*”Fly coating” is planned on Highway 17. That prevents the crumbling of the roadway and provides a waterproof seal.
*Shoulder repairs are slated on Highway 38. Ruts, low areas and high sports will be removed.
*Drainage improvements to keep the pavement dry are planned on Highway JJ.
*Mowing on Highway is planned.
