Robert “Bob” Warner Clark, 69, son of Jessie Clark and Ruth L. Shoemaker Clark, was born March 1, 1938, in Madrin County, Iowa. He died Dec. 1, 2007, in the woods at the home of her daughter, Teresa, at Hartshorn.

He married Reta Carol “Carolyn” Marker Mary 26, 1962. They were married 45 years and had five children.

Most of his life, he was a diesel mechanic for John Deere, the last 12 years at Carson Engine and Supply.

He enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with family,

He was a member of the First Assembly of God in Dalhart, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles and Daniel; daughters, Juley Faye and Rebecca Kaye; and a granddaughter.

Surviving are his wife of the home at Dalhart, Texas; his children, Carol Ann Sumrow and Robert “Bobby” Allen Clark of Dalhart, Texas, and Teresa Dawn Cook of Hartshorn; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Services were Dec. 4 at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel in Summersville with the Rev. Gary Steelman and the Rev. Van Kirkwood officiating. Services are Friday, Dec. 7, at the First Assembly of God in Dalhart, Texas, with the Rev. Aaron Manuel and the Rev. Jr. Collins officiating. Burial is the Texhoma Cemetery at Texhoma, Texas, under the direction of Horizon Funeral Home of Dalhart, Texas.
