A Houston woman sustained minor injuries Thursday evening when a car struck a mule south of Houston, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. George Falterman said a southbound 1995 Ford Taurus driven by Michael E. Beasley, 52, of Houston, struck the animal about six miles south of Houston.
A passenger, Melba Beasley, 50, was taken by private conveyance to TCMH.
The vehicle was totaled.
