Eula Ilien Creech, 82, daughter of Hub Rogers and Clara Patterson Rogers, was born April 26, 1925, on the family farm in the Oscar community south of Licking. She died Dec. 30, 2007, at Phelps County Regional Medical at Rolla.
She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Licking High School.
She married Wright H. Creech Sr. March 3, 1943. It was at this time she accepted the Lord in her life.
After her children grew up, she was librarian at the Licking branch of the Texas County Library.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Wright H. Creech Jr.; and brother, Clark Rogers.
Surviving are five children, Loran Creech of California, Mo., Christy Walker, Michael Creech and Joe Creech of Licking and Ron Creech of Conroe, Texas; one sister, Marie Garrison of Mansfield; 17 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services were Jan. 2 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Loretta Olsen and Robert Everheart officiating. Burial was in the Vollmar Cemetery.
