A Houston man sustained injuries when wind caused him to lose control of his motorcycle east of Houston on Friday afternoon.
Tpr. Terry Nelson said a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan driven by George A. Sholtz, 21, of Houston, ran off Highway B and struck a ditch about three miles east of Houston.
Sholtz was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries, Nelson said.
