A series of activities are under way this week at Houston High School in conjunction with Friday night’s hoop queen coronation.
Monday was twin day with “you only live twice”; Tuesday, “moon raker,” dressing otherworldly. Wednesday was bling day with the theme of diamonds are forever. Today (Thursday) each high school grade is wearing different colors for the living daylights. Bright colors for the classes: freshmen, orange; sophomores, yellow; juniors, lime green; and seniors, pink.
Friday is thunder ball day with the wearing of red and black.
