Deloris Katy Roberts, 72, daughter of Monte and Mae Gillfillen Arnold, was born May 27, 1935, at Garden City, Kan. She died March 5, 2008, at Texas County Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

Mrs. Roberts worked several years for Swift ISL taking care of people unable to care for themselves. She also worked auctions with her husband.

They enjoyed looking for antiques to buy and sell. Their travels over the years took them to several different places. The past few years they enjoyed short bus trips.

Mrs. Roberts was an active member of the Licking Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Surviving are her husband, Bill; five children; sister, Jan.; several grand- and great-grandchildren.

Services were March 8 at the Licking Church of Christ with Larry Tubbs officiating. Burial was in the Boone Creek Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
