Charles David Koller, 71, son of Ralph and Sylvania Cox Koller, was born June 3, 1936, in Madison County, Ill. He died April 14, 2008, at his home in Madison, Ill.
He married Vivian Faye Lanham Aug. 23, 1952. They had three sons.
Mr. Koller was a switchman at Terminal Rail Road Association, retiring in 1986.
He attended church in Granite City, Ill., and loved to visit with friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his wife Aug. 26, 2006; his parents; one brother, Ralph Koller Jr.; and one sister, Evelyn Koller Huskey.
Surviving are his children, Fred Koller of Walshville, Ill., Keith Koller of Okawville, Ill., and Bryan Koller of Madision, Ill.; one brother, Jack Koller of Edwardsville, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services are 2 o’clock Friday at the Bradford Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial is in the Summersville City Cemetery.
Visitation is 1 o’clock Friday until time for services at the Bradford chapel.
