Jeff “Whitey” McConnnaha II, 28, son of Jeff McConnaha Sr. and Trudy Marleen Day Waldorf, was born Jan. 3, 1980, at Corona, Calif. He died May 19, 2008.

Mr. McConnaha moved to Missouri in the ’90s and was a mechanic for 10 years at Koshkonong. He was a welder at The Durham Co.

He was a family man and loved spending time with his children at baseball games, camping and fishing. He was a handyman and had projects at his home and on vehicles. He enjoyed entertaining with barbecues and weekend outings.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Trudy Rambo Kortals and Charles Sylvester McConnaha.

Surviving are his fianc/, Ashley Robohm of Yukon; six children, Jeffrey, Allison and Jacob McConnaha of West Plains and Lennon, Carli and Arianna McConnaha of Yukon; two brothers, Shane Waldorf of Houston and Chris Waldorf of Jacksonville, Fla.; and his parents of Cabool.

Services were May 23 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Howell Burkhead officiating. Burial was in the Union Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
