Three Texas County teenagers sustained injuries Friday in a two-car crash on Highway 32 west of Roby.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a vehicle driven by Nicole B. Stone, 18, was traveling eastbound and attempting a left turn to a private drive when her 2000 Chevrolet was struck in the rear by a 2007 Suzuki XL-7 SUV operated by Gregory S. Kennedy-Williams, 19, of Bucyrus.

Stone and a passenger, Jessica A. Stone, 15, as well as Kennedy-Williams, were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, said Tpr. Logan Elliott of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, he said. Stone’s vehicle was totaled, and extensive damage was reported to the other vehicle, Elliott said.
