Sylvia Cowen recently was presented with the Missouri Association of Realtors Award of Excellence for the year 2007.
The certification was presented by the Ozark Trail Board of Realtors for achieving the Summit Level for more than $2 million in closed volume in real estate sales.
She lives with husband, Steve, on a farm in the Solo community and represents United Country – Bartlett Real Estate.
The Houston office also secured for 2007, the 59th ranking among 700 United Country offices coast-to-coast in addition to a listing proficiency award of excellence.
