Susan Jane Carter Minjarez, 52, daughter of Raymond and Vera Corriene Rose Carter, was born April 15, 1956, at Rocky Ford, Colo. She died May 31, 2008, at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She married Arthur Minjarez Jan. 28, 1975. They spent more than 30 years traveling the world.
Mrs. Minjarez was a member of the Licking Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband of Olney, Ill.; daughters, Rene Kujawski and Victoria Minjarez of Licking, Michelle Goss of Niceville, Fla.; and Kristina Ankrom of Ash Grove; her father of Rocky Ford, Colo.; five brothers and six grandchildren.
Services were June 3 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Mosher officiating. The cremains will be buried in the Williams Cemetery.
