Texas County Memorial Hospital is hosting sport physicals for high school and middle school athletes from 1-4 p.m. Thursday, June 12, at the Summersville Community Clinic.
Diana Koenig, D.O., the TCMH family practice physician at the Summersville Community Clinic, will perform the medical exam portion of the physical. The physicals are $5 per athlete, and no appointment is necessary.
The clinic is at 805 Second St. in Summersville.
All athletes need to bring the MSHSAA form signed by a parent or guardian to the physicals. These forms are available at the Summersville Community Clinic or in the TCMH Education Department.
