Barbara Brissett and Norman Brissett of Silver Spring, Md., announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jacquelynne M. Brissett, to Brandon W. Kell, son of Gregory and Jackie Kell of Bucyrus.
Brissett is a 2006 graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fla., with a degree in marine biology. She is a health and wellness coach in Rhode Island.
Kell is a 2000 graduate of Houston High School and 2004 of Missouri State University with a degree in wildlife conservation. He is a fisheries observer stationed in Rhode Island.
A July 20 wedding is planned in Silver Spring, M.D.
