Jaime G. Suarez entered a guilty plea Aug. 5 to two counts of drug-related charges. He was sentenced to10 years in prison on each count; the sentences are to be concurrently.
Mary Ann Raymer plead guilty Aug. 5 to a charge of passing bad checks – $500 or more. Imposition of a five-year sentence was suspended in lieu of five years of probation. She is pay $1,085 in restitution in another case that was dismissed. She also is to play $1,121 in recoupment fees to the county prosecutor’s office for documents in a dispute examination.
James E. Youmans and Kimberly R. Youmans entered a guilty plea Aug. 5 to theft/ stealing of more than $500 but less than $25,000, a felony. A five-year prison term was suspended in lieu of five years of probation. They are to pay restitution of $1,324 to Wal-Mart Supercenter and to serve 90 days of shock incarceration in the county jail at the discretion of probation and parole.
Levi B. Estep plead guilty Aug. 5 to a charge of statutory sodomy that was filed more than four years ago. The case involved deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 14 year old, according to court records. Under a plea agreement, he received a suspended imposition of a five-year prison term in lieu of probation for five years. Estep is to remain in SEMO Christian Restoration Recovery Center during his probation and must register as a sexual offender and undergo a sexual offender assessment.
Brian K. Lancaster entered a guilty plea Aug. 5 to an assault charge filed in September 2007. A four-year prison term was suspended in lieu of a four-year probation term. He is to undergo alcohol abuse counseling and perform 100 hours of community service.
Russell Deck Jr. entered a guilty plea Aug. 5 to a charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine/methamphetamine, a felony, as well as possession of anhydrous ammonia in a non-approved container. He received four years in prison on both charges; the sentences run concurrently.
Jared L. King had his probation revoked Aug. 5 on drug and driving while revoked charges. He is to serve seven years in prison on the former and four years on the latter. Both are to be served concurrently.
