An Edgar Springs man is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of a Florida man who was killed in a traffic accident near Twin Bridges north of Houston in April.
Bobby J. Oller, 19, was the driver of a truck that sideswiped a trailer-truck unit causing an accident involving two other vehicles, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
According to court documents, Oller was intoxicated. He also faces seven charges of second-degree assault.
A warrant for his arrest was issued Aug. 5.
A passenger in Oller’s truck, Charles L. Gibson, 61, of Dade City, Fla., was killed.
