Houston police investigated theft and vandalism calls during the last week.

Officers:

-Responded Dec. 19 to a report of vandalism to a car belonging to Ben J. Crawford, 25, 110 Elm St., who reported that the tires had been cut with a sharp object. The tires were valued at $112 each.

-Heard that a bank bag belonging to Ashley Analysis was swiped from a car belonging to Pam Fiske. Police said about $450 in cash, deposit slips, unactivated credit cards and a flash drive were taken from a vehicle. It is unknown where the theft occurred; officers said the vehicle had been to several locations Dec. 13.

-Heard from Kathy Hutcheson, 987 Cleveland Road, on Dec. 19. She reported the theft of a small potted tree, five-gallon container of gas and Christmas wreath taken from the northeast side of the residence.

-Cited Teresa D. Hayes, 25, of 903 Bryan Street, with operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition on Dec. 18.

-Charged Angela D. McCloud, 29, of Licking, with operating a motor vehicle while operator’s license suspended on Dec. 21.

-Cited Matthew C. Mayfield, 22, of 9046 Arthur Creek Drive, with failing to register a motor vehicle annually on Dec. 15.

-Charged Michelle L. DeWolfe, 36, 92678 U.S. 63, with DWI on Dec. 14.
