Jacqueline Kidwell, Bucyrus, has been awarded the First National Bank Restricted Scholarship for Texas County from Missouri State University-West Plains.
Kidwell, a 2008 graduate of Houston High School, is a general studies major at Missouri State-West Plains. She is the daughter of David and Cheryl Kidwell, Bucyrus.
