The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive from 11:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Houston Wal-Mart Supercenter.
CBCO has issued a code yellow alert for O Negative blood. There is less than a two-day supply of these blood types on hospital shelves.
Eligibility requirements include weighing at least 110 pounds, being in general good health and a present ID.
