A Licking woman received moderate injuries Sunday afternoon in a Phelps County crash.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 1989 Toyota pickup driven by Lori N. Wade, 30, failed to negotiate a curve on a county road, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.
Wade was taken by ambulance to Phelps County Regional Medical Center at Rolla.
