The next two Saturdays are declared “Caturdays” at the The Animal Shelter of Texas County.
Persons can adopt a cat for the reduced price of $25 – and receive everything needed for the new pet: food and water dish, a bag of cat food, kitty treats, a litter pan, kitty litter, kitty litter scoop, a collar, toy, new parent guide and health and safety information.
The cat will already be wormed and vaccinated.
Persons also receive $31.50 in coupons for products needed in the future, along with a $10 voucher for spay or neutering.
The shelter is situated east of Houston on East Highway 17.
