Amanda Marie Ayers and Joshua Isaiah Kane were married April 25 at Assembly of God Church in Houston. The Rev. Russell Kane, father of the groom, performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride, daughter of James and Tina Ayers of Houston, was given in marriage by her father.
The groom is the son of Russell Kane of Plato and Diana Radwell of Florida.
Matron of honor was Charlie LaSerre of St. Louis. Bridesmaid was Marisa McGuire of Waynesville.
Best man was David Kane of Plato. Groomsman was Russell Kane II of Willow Springs.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Emmett Kelly Park.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Houston High School and a 2008 graduate of Metro Business College. She is a substitute teacher and employed at Pizza Express in Houston.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Houston High School and is a sales manager at Aaron’s in Houston.
