A Cabool man was seriously injured early Friday morning when his Dodge truck ran off Highway PP north of his hometown and struck a fence.
Tpr. Myron Downey said William A. Denauro, 21, was transported to Ozarks Medical Center at West Plains.
The vehicle was totaled. Denauro was not wearing a seat belt, Downey said.
