Three teenagers face alcohol-related charges after their questioning in Emmett Kelly Park on Saturday, Houston police said. A fourth person supplied the liquor, according to officers.
Police charged Christopher L. Mooney, 17, of Success; Lyndsey S. Tarrants, 17, 915 Cleveland; and Caleb N. Clem, 17, Houston; with minor in possession of alcohol; and Danny D. Brown, 52, of 104 Airport Road, is charged with supplied alcohol to them.
In other matters, police:
-Arrested Kerry D. Brooks, 22, of 8447 Mineral Drive, on Aug. 24 on a Houston Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear on a driving while suspended charge. He was unable to post $1,000 bond.
-Arrested Rickey G.J. Green, 26, of Licking, on Aug. 27 on a Dent County warrant charging him with possession of marijuana.
-Arrested Kimberly S. Luck, 29, of 7268 Brown Hill Road, on a Howell County warrant charging her with larceny. She posted $2,500 bond on Aug. 25.
-Arrested Christopher D. Irwin, 25, of Norwood, on Aug. 24 on a Wright County warrant for careless and imprudent driving. He posted $250 bond.
-Investigated a case of property damage to a vehicle at 215 S. King St. Jonathan L. Randall, 42, reported that an object – such as a pellet or BB – had broken the rear window of a vehicle. Tools worth $50 also were reported missing out of the vehicle.
-Cited Tara L. Walser, 16, of 800 Cleveland Road, with failing to yield the right-of -way after an accident Aug. 24. Police said she struck a car driven by Carrie A. Gaitler, 24, of Willow Springs. The mishap occurred near South Sam Houston Blvd. and Bullseye.
-Charged Amy E. Dyer, 24, of failure to register a motor vehicle on Aug. 29.
-Charged Arturo DeJesus Abherve, 17, of Falcon, with careless and imprudent driving while breaking traction and excessive speed on Aug. 25.
-Cited James A. Drewel, 43, of Licking, with operating a motor vehicle while operator’s status suspended on Aug. 24.
-Charged Brandon P. Duneski, 31, of 722 Augusta, with allowing dog to run at-large on Aug. 26.
