Houston’s annual fall clean up days are next week.
The event runs Monday – Thursday. Items from businesses and residences should be placed out early on regular trash pick up day.
Articles should be placed at curbside. The city says it is the perfect time to get rid of items that aren’t normally taken on trash day, such as appliances.
No tires, car parts, paint, limbs, as well as lawn and garden waste, will be accepted.
