A Plato man was arrested early Sunday on several charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Jason C. Hathaway, 28, is charged with DWI, driving without a license – needs to test; no proof of insurance, failure to register motor vehicle, inoperable license plate lens and wearing no seat belt, according to a report.
Hathaway was taken to the Texas County Jail.
