A Licking man received moderate injuries early Thursday morning when his vehicle ran off Highway 32 east of his hometown.
Robert J. Schilegel, 21, was driving a 1994 Mitsubishi coupe that ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree at about 2:30 a.m. He was taken by ambulance to Phelps County Regional Medical Center at Rolla.
Tpr. Curtis Hubbs said the driver was not wearing a seat belt.
